Firefly Wellness Day Spa has been in business since 2000, serving the North Park and Hillcrest communities of San Diego. When the owner moved from a private office to a commercial space in Mission Hills, she brought us on to help maintain consistency across her social media and email marketing campaigns so she could focus on the growing business.

Working closely with Karen, we have taken on all of her marketing, advertising, and social media needs, including creating branded content for Instagram and Facebook. Together, we craft blog posts and email campaigns to support the new services she offers. We most recently coordinated the efforts to seamlessly transition from using one email provider to another.

Alongside her web developer, we make sure the website and blog are up to date and that updates and events are covered in a strategic and consistent timeline between email, blog, and social media.

In the past year, the staff at Firefly Wellness Day Spa has grown quickly, from having one massage therapist and esthetician, to now having a total of four massage therapists and two estheticians serving the San Diego community.
